Join Opendoor Property Maintenance Services, a social enterprise delivering high-quality cleaning and maintenance solutions across Queensland. We're looking for a dependable and motivated Cleaner to help maintain safe, hygienic, and welcoming environments for our clients.

About the Role

As a Cleaner, you'll ensure all cleaning services are delivered to the highest standard while maintaining compliance with safety and quality management systems. You'll work across a variety of sites, collaborate with a supportive team, and contribute to a positive, community-focused workplace.

Key Responsibilities


• Carry out all cleaning duties efficiently and to a high standard

• Follow site-specific cleaning schedules and OH&S procedures

• Maintain stock of cleaning chemicals and consumables

• Work collaboratively with other staff to deliver consistent service standards

• Communicate any issues affecting performance to your Supervisor or Manager

• Support and mentor supported employees in the workplace

• Participate in team meetings and organisational improvement activities

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in commercial or domestic cleaning (preferred)

• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety

• A strong work ethic and ability to manage time effectively

• Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude

• Respect for diversity and the ability to support people from different backgrounds

• A proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to your work

• Certificate II in Facilities or Asset Management (desirable, not essential)

Other Requirements

National Criminal History Check and Blue Card (QLD) or willingness to obtain.
