Preston Williams Landscape Constructions is a Melbourne-based landscaping company known for high-quality workmanship on high-end commercial and residential properties. We have built a reputation for meticulous care and a supportive, team-oriented culture.

The role: We're looking for a Gardener to join our maintenance team. You'll work on some of Melbourne's most beautiful properties, helping keep gardens and landscapes healthy and immaculate. You will work independently and as part of a small team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain lawns and green spaces – mowing, trimming and fertilising
  • Install and maintain seasonal plants
  • Mulch, edge and weed garden beds and keep pathways clear of debris
  • Prune trees and shrubs and monitor plant health
  • Operate and maintain equipment such as mowers, trimmers and blowers

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in gardening or landscaping
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards suited to premium properties
  • Driver's licence
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors year-round
