Are you an aspiring accountant with a passion for numbers and a dream of building a successful career? We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Undergraduate Accountant to join our team and grow with us.

We are RDC Partners - a boutique advisory firm located in the Adelaide CBD. We deliver quality service to a diverse client base of small and medium sized businesses and are on the hunt for our newest recruit to join our friendly team

Our scholarship provides a rare opportunity to get paid while you study an appropriate university degree. In addition, it will provide you with early exposure to a wide variety of clients and a detailed insight into the day to day operations of an accounting firm to help fast track your career

Job details:

  • Full time, minimum 30 hours per week during each university semester, and 37.5 hours per week at other times

  • Study leave (7.5 hours per week) enable the candidate to attend lectures and tutorials, which will be agreed each semester

  • Provide 2 days paid study leave per exam

What you will do:

  • Assist in preparing compliance documents including tax returns and financial statements for all types of entities

  • Provide end-to-end solutions for clients of all shapes and sizes

  • Collaborate on exciting projects that go beyond the numbers and provide meaningful advice

What we are looking for:

  • Currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting)

  • Be well presented and articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Have strong attention to detail, commitment and motivation
