Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Project Engineer located in South Brisbane, QLD. The Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for managing and overseeing demolition and civil works projects from initiation to completion. This includes preparing project plans, coordinating resources, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and managing project budgets and timelines. The role involves close collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Project management and coordination skills, including preparation of project plans and managing budgets and timelines
  • Technical skills related to demolition, civil works, and hazardous materials handling
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with clients, subcontractors, and project teams
  • Strong knowledge of safety and quality standards, with a proactive approach to risk management
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Experience working on high-risk and technically complex projects
  • Relevant certifications and licenses will be beneficial
  • Proficiency in project management software
