WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

About the Team

Located in Redbank in Ipswich, the Integrated Management System (IMS) team is responsible to the Chief Human Resources Officer. The team of 5 provides a critical foundation for operations and business requirements.

About the Role

The Process Document Writer will work with technical subject matter experts to identify and document guidance information to support application of processes for the RDA workforce. The main type of documents to be created are procedures, work instructions and forms.

As Process Document Writer, you can anticipate some of your day-to-day tasks to include:

  • Facilitating workshops to identify process information with subject matter experts across all aspects of this manufacturing and engineering business (including supporting areas);
  • Identification of process information;
  • Writing process information in RDA templates;
  • Identifying and engaging with stakeholders to ensure accuracy of documented information;
  • Progressing documents for publication within the RDA integrated management system; and
  • Producing communications to advise the business of newly created or amended process documents

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline; Engineering or Business;
  • Experience in writing technical and support function process documentation;
  • Highly developed stakeholder management and facilitation skills; experience working with senior management and technical experts;
  • Highly proficient in MS tools and Adobe Ability, especially MS Word;
  • Travel internationally and interstate, when required; and
  • Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
