About the Role
We are seeking a proven sales professional with a strong national mindset and a hands-on approach to lead our camper trailer sales across Australia, with a key focus on using digital channels to generate and nurture leads.
You will be confident selling face to face at shows and in the showroom, and equally comfortable working with digital content, social media and CRM tools to keep the sales pipeline full.
What You'll Bring
• Strong leadership and people skills
• Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
• Practical experience with digital and social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business Suite, basic ad campaigns and email marketing
• Ability to brief, shape or create marketing content including photos, short videos, posts or EDM concepts
• CRM and quoting software proficiency
• Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Passion for adventure, camping and customer success
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and grow national sales performance across dealer, show and direct channels
• Work with our team to shape digital campaigns and content that generate quality enquiries
• Use social media, email and CRM tools to nurture leads before and after shows
• Engage new and repeat customers and manage them through the full sales funnel
• Close high value sales with confidence and professionalism
• Oversee customer delivery and satisfaction
• Report on KPIs, lead sources and campaign insights
• Represent the brand at trade shows and events across Australia
• Optionally assist with guiding strategic direction for sales and marketing
