**Role Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to oversee and enhance our sales operations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing team, and driving revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets, market share growth, and profitability.
- **Team Management**: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, ensuring high levels of performance, engagement, and professional development.
- **Brand Coordination**: Collaborate with the brand representatives and marketing teams to align sales strategies with brand objectives and promotional activities.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyse data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- **Sales Training**: Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Australian automotive market, including trends, key players, and customer preferences.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple brands and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
