We require an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who seeks a career in a privately owned manufacturing business. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer you will be integral in supporting Digga's growth as well as providing assurance to external customers, suppliers, regulators, and other key stakeholders that all materials produced by the Digga group meets relevant industry standards.
The Quality Manger will be responsible for the management and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and ISO9001 for the Digga Group possess experience in the following.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Responsible for the management and continuous improvement of the Quality Management system
- Lead, manage and influence Digga on appropriate industry quality standards
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits to ensure compliance to the Quality Management system and ISO accreditation
- Continuously improve, implement, and maintain policies, standards, and procedures
- Prepare and submit routine reports as required
- Create initiatives to enhance our overall customer service satisfaction
- Foster a strong quality culture within the organisation including delivery of internal training programs on Digga's quality system
- Work with and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
To Be Successful You Will Have
- Demonstrated leadership experience in related role
- Qualifications in internal Auditing, Quality, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant standards
- Excellent attention to detail and methodical approach to managing business requirements
- High level of communication and problem-solving skills
