Position Title: Phone Sales & Appointment Setter

Department: Booking Team

Reports To: Team Leader Zane – Booking Team

Location: Gold Coast (onsite ONLY)

The Appointment Setter is responsible for contacting warm leads, engaging them in professional and friendly conversations, and booking qualified appointments into the sales team's calendar. This role is critical in the success of our Superannuation Review Campaign, where we help Australians review and maximise their superannuation.

• Make outbound calls to warm leads only (no cold calling).
• Build rapport and engage prospects in positive, confident conversations.
• Qualify prospects and ensure they meet campaign requirements.
• Book appointments directly into the sales team's calendar.
• Accurately record and update lead details in the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly booking targets and KPIs.
• Handle objections with professionalism and persistence.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.

Essential:

• Proven phone sales / telemarketing experience.
• Strong communication skills and professional phone manner.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and close appointments.
• Target-driven with resilience and a positive attitude.
• Basic computer/CRM skills.

Desirable:

• Experience in financial services, superannuation, or insurance.
• Previous appointment-setting or booking experience.

• Warm leads supplied – no cold calling.
• Base salary + superannuation + uncapped commissions.
