*Who We Are:* TRS Resourcing has partnered with a leading trailer-equipment manufacturer with a strong new and repeat business pipeline. They build tipper trailers and associated components and need to grow the team. This is your chance to join a stable company where your skills make a real difference and you'll help build from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing: In this role, you'll be hands-on, building and assembling new tipper trailer equipment. Key tasks will include:

  • Running pneumatic airlines & mounting pneumatic components
  • Installing axles, mudguards, and other structural equipment
  • Wiring electrical looms & integrating electrical systems
  • Working with both electrical and pneumatic system components
  • Reading and interpreting workshop or engineering drawings to assemble correctly
  • Collaborating with the build team to meet quality, safety, and production standards

*What Makes You a Great Fit?* To succeed, you'll need:

  • Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting, (Mechanical), or a closely related trade
  • Proven experience with electrical & pneumatic systems, ideally in a  trailer assembly environment
  • Solid ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation
  • Your own set of general tools (specialist tools will be supplied)
  • Good attention to detail, strong work ethic, and capacity to work in a team
  • Already based in Melbourne
  • Correct Right to Work in Australia
