SA Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team in Port Lincoln's Community and Allied Health unit. This full-time, long-term contract position runs until 19 November 2027, offering exceptional career growth in South Australia's largest health network.
About the Opportunity
As Clinical Senior Occupational Therapist, you will deliver quality services across the Eyre and Far North Region while providing clinical and professional leadership to allied health teams. This role combines hands-on clinical excellence with strategic leadership, contributing to service improvements that directly impact rural communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead clinical service delivery and mentor allied health professionals
- Drive quality, safety and community-focused service distribution improvements
- Collaborate on workforce development and model of care initiatives
- Represent EFNLHN on committees and manage relevant projects
- Contribute to research and evaluation for clinical practice improvements
- Maintain portfolio responsibilities within the Occupational Therapy Network
What You Need
- Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Eligibility for full membership of relevant Professional Association
- Current registration requirements fulfilled
- Demonstrated clinical expertise and leadership capabilities
You will receive support from our Clinical Operations Manager Allied Health and Advanced Clinical Lead Occupational Therapy, while working collaboratively with regional stakeholders to shape the future of allied health services.
