- Evaluate service quality and education programs across different engagement channels (in-person, phone, virtual, digital)
- Work with internal teams to refine service delivery, improve efficiency, and leverage growth opportunities
- Oversee and optimise the Partnership Management Framework (PMF) to enhance employer and member engagement, operational efficiency, and growth and retention outcomes.
- Use PMF insights to define and recommend iterations to Workplace service packages and resourcing requirements for each tier.
- Maintain risk and compliance oversight for workplace education and Select corporate super product
- Coordinate continuous improvement and risk management activities between Education and Workplace teams.
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Governance teams to ensure services and processes meet regulatory expectations and align with Fund policies.
- Work with internal teams to address remediation issues and assess their impact on Workplace Partnerships
- Analyse performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimisations to maximise program/service effectiveness and efficiency.
- Provide regular reporting on service and program performance to stakeholders, including program/service results, ROI, and recommendations for improvement.
- Solid experience in similar or relevant role, ideal within Superannuation or Financial Services.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse data and metrics to identify, report on and present trends and insights.
- Ability to distil complex concepts into clear and actionable recommendations or plans.
- Experience developing and iterating service propositions.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a challenging environment.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to influence and gain buy-in from stakeholders without direct authority.
- Understanding of risk and compliance themes relevant to the superannuation industry
