An opportunity now exists for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

You will play a pivotal role in partnering with senior leaders across finance and operations to deliver expert analysis, actionable insights, and accurate forecasting that drives sustainable growth. As the business continues to evolve, you'll stay ahead of operational changes and ensure the financial planning function adapts to meet emerging needs.

Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth financial analysis, providing strategic recommendations, and equipping leaders with the data and reporting they need to make informed decisions. You'll be adept at working with complex ERP systems and advanced reporting tools, while also supporting broader accounting functions as required. You'll have a good understanding of relevant accounting standards, financial reporting, budgeting, cashflow and finance systems.

About You

  • Previous commercial experience working in a Finance Business Partner or Management Accounting focused role
  • Medium or larger business experience where you've worked closely with leaders
  • Degree + full CA/CPA qualifications
  • Comfortable managing and working with larger ERP systems and reporting tools e.g. Power BI
  • Excellent attention to detail, team focused, collaborative and driven to achieve excellent results
