We are seeking a visionary
Data and Digital Workplace Lead
to drive digital transformation and data strategy across DEM. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on enhancing collaboration, mobility, and productivity through innovative digital workplace solutions and enterprise-wide data governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and implementation of digital workplace solutions.
• Drive a centralised, governed data capability across the department.
• Oversee data governance to ensure data quality, security, and accessibility.
• Champion the use of digital workflow and low-code tools to deliver a digitally enabled workplace.
• Oversee the incorporation of AI into the business.
• Manage delivery of data services and digital products, leveraging the department's recent technology investments.
• Foster a culture of data literacy and self-service analytics throughout the department.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture and business units to solve business challenges with digital solutions.

About You

You are a strategic thinker and collaborative leader with a passion for digital innovation. You bring:

• Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of data governance and analytics.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

Qualifications:

Essential: Tertiary qualifications in IT, data related field or related field.

Desirable: qualifications in project management, communications or risk management.

Remuneration:

ASO8 salary range $121,107 - $125,679 per annum + superannuation

Full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week
