Engineering Trades Australia are currently recruiting Process Operators for an established Gold Mine located just 2 hours from Townsville.

This is a Drive-In, Drive-Out role offering stable rosters, competitive pay, and full camp facilities including meals and accommodation.

The Role As part of the processing team, you will be responsible for:

  • Hosing and general site clean-up
  • Monitoring gauges and plant performance
  • Operating equipment and assisting the processing crew
  • Forklift operation (must hold current license)

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in mining or process plant operations (e.g., ROM pad, crusher, tanks, hosing)
  • Current forklift licence (essential)
  • Strong safety focus and the ability to work in a hands-on, physical role
  • Comfortable working in remote mining environments

Roster & Pay

  • 8:6 or 7:7 roster options
  • $48/hr Day Shift + 15% Night Shift uplift
  • DIDO from Townsville
  • Accommodation and meals fully provided
