Please note: We have 2 open positions. One for Geelong area and other for Inner Melbourne area

Key Capabilities:

  • Strong leadership and consulting skills.
  • Develop further relationships with all clients.
  • Supervising and co-ordinating staff and contractors internal/external where necessary.
  • Ensure all work incidents/requests logged into the system are adhered to & completed in a timely manner.
  • Valid driver's licence and own car is necessary.
  • Proven experience working in home care.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
  • Sound knowledge of industry-related health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent problem solving and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ensure your vehicle is adequately stocked with equipment required for daily tasks.
  • Ability to transport all equipment and supplies to job sites.

You will have proven hands-on experience as a cleaner or managing home care cleans.

Candidates with strong leadership and relationship building skills who also have experience in upselling will be successful in this role.

You will also be a self-starter that possesses initiative, excellent communication, time management, problem solving and analytical skills. You're someone who can think outside the box and can come up with innovative win-win solutions.

What you need for this role:

  • COVID19 Vaccination
  • NDIS chcek or willing to apply one
  • Current National Records Police Check
  • Valid Driver's Licence and own car (car allowance will be provided)

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $33.38 per hour and penalty rates/holiday rates as per the award.

Schedule: Must be available Monday to Friday from 8am and open to travel.
