THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Planner to ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time.

Reporting to the Buyer in a dynamic, fast-paced luxury goods retail environment, this role will execute purchase orders and conduct a rolling review of stock reports to identify opportunities and risks relating to in-stock performance. The role will also activate stock management and ordering processes to ensure company objectives for stock on hand, out-of-stock levels, and budgeted stock targets are met.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

  • Develop and manage merchandise by category, brand, and store to meet targets
  • Collaborate with Buyer on PO to DC process
  • Monitor inventory and replenish stock across stores and warehouse
  • Coordinate inventory flow and deliveries with warehouse/logistics
  • Analyse sales to forecast demand and guide replenishment
  • Report on performance, stock turn, markdowns, and KPIs
  • Build strong store and supplier relationships to support business outcomes

ABOUT YOU

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail with strong numeracy and data entry skills
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and resolve issues effectively
  • A sense of urgency with strong time management and organisational skills

Desirable:

  • Knowledge and/or experience in retail operations and international brands
  • Understanding of premium, and/or luxury goods
