We're seeking a Senior Paraplanner to join our experienced team on a permanent basis. The Opportunity
As a Senior Paraplanner, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting clients and advisers by preparing compliant and well-presented Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs). This role provides a pathway to Associate Adviser, with structured mentoring and professional development opportunities to help you transition into client-facing responsibilities.

In This Role You Will

  • Collaborate with Financial Planners to develop strategies and recommendations
  • Prepare and review SOAs and ROAs in a timely, accurate manner
  • Conduct financial modelling using financial planning software
  • Prepare for and attend client meetings, capturing and actioning minutes
  • Perform product research, comparisons and data analysis for strategy formulation
  • Manage workflow to meet service delivery standards and deadlines
  • Handle client enquiries and ad hoc tasks such as trades and TWAs
  • Mentor and support junior team members

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years' paraplanning experience, including drafting complex holistic advice
  • A relevant bachelor's degree plus an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning or RG146/FASEA compliance
  • Experience implementing holistic advice across Super, Retirement, SMSFs, Investments, Gearing and Debt Reduction
  • Strong technical knowledge of Australian Superannuation, Taxation Rules and compliance
  • Excellent research, analysis and professional writing skills
