Ecommerce & Marketing Lead (Side Hustle Opportunity – Commission-Based)

is a niche online store selling bespoke military ties, handcrafted by
Benson & Clegg
in the UK. We've built a beautiful, high-quality product — now we need someone to run the show and grow the brand. We're looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial
Sydney-based
student or recent grad to take over day-to-day operations and marketing of the store in exchange for 30% commission on all sales. You'll receive full access to our Shopify store, business Gmail, and the current inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Run the Shopify store (orders, customer service, product listings)
- Create and execute marketing campaigns (email, socials, direct outreach)
- Respond to customer inquiries via Gmail
- Reach out to military groups, associations, and veterans
- Work independently — we'll supply new tie designs and handle production
Requirements:
- Based in Sydney (must be able to meet in person and receive stock)
- Business, marketing, or communications student (or recent grad)
- Strong writing, communication, and initiative
- Interest in eCommerce, branding, or military heritage (a bonus)
