Regimental Square is a niche online store selling bespoke military ties, handcrafted by Benson & Clegg in the UK. We've built a beautiful, high-quality product — now we need someone to run the show and grow the brand. We're looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial Sydney-based student or recent grad to take over day-to-day operations and marketing of the store in exchange for 30% commission on all sales. You'll receive full access to our Shopify store, business Gmail, and the current inventory.

Responsibilities:

  • Run the Shopify store (orders, customer service, product listings)
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns (email, socials, direct outreach)
  • Respond to customer inquiries via Gmail
  • Reach out to military groups, associations, and veterans
  • Work independently — we'll supply new tie designs and handle production

Requirements:

  • Based in Sydney (must be able to meet in person and receive stock)
  • Business, marketing, or communications student (or recent grad)
  • Strong writing, communication, and initiative
  • Interest in eCommerce, branding, or military heritage (a bonus)
