400 Gradi Eastlands is seeking a driven Skilled Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie to join our passionate kitchen team. A full time role Reporting directly to the Head Chef, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards, mentoring junior cooks, and ensuring every plate that leaves the pass is impeccable.

Required

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally within an Italian or high-volume à la carte kitchen
  • Full time availability includingweekends and public holidays
  • Full working rights in Australia

Salary – $62,232.67 –$70,000 Annually including super depending on experience

Location – Ringwood, VIC - Eastland Shopping Centre

As a Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting the Head Chef in daily operations.

A sound understanding of Italian cuisine is advantageous, but not essential what matters most is your passion for food, your commitment to excellence, and your ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will need:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally within an Italian or high-volume à la carte kitchen
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Availability for shift work, weekends, and public holidays
  • Proven ability to run a station independently, managing time under pressure
  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of developing junior staff
  • Excellent knife skills and knowledge of modern cooking techniques
  • Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) highly regarded
