Your Role with Us

As our Workplace Experience & Culture Specialist, you'll be the heartbeat of that experience. You'll design and lead programs that fuel engagement, celebrate diversity, and create genuine connection. What you will do:

• Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and DEI teams to deliver an inclusive onboarding experience and drive diversity, equality, and wellness initiatives.
• Develop and execute year-round activities, events, and recognition programs that boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and social connection.
• Ensure all programs and events promote cultural sensitivity, inclusivity, and align with company values.
• Measure the success of initiatives through feedback and metrics, using insights to continuously improve the workplace experience.
• Partner with the Workplace Experience Facilities Specialist and support organisational change management and communication efforts.
• Foster a fun, supportive environment that encourages participation and celebrates achievements.

What you will bring:

• Experience in an Office Management or Workplace Experience role within a corporate environment of similar size (or larger)
• Strong knowledge of office and business procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Bonus points if you also have:

• Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
• Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
• Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira
