Rockhampton, Queensland, Australia Emerge Recovery & Wellness Full time $35,000 - $45,000 per year

We are seeking friendly, motivated and customer -focused sales and services assistants to join our team. Junior and Adult positions available - must be available to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Between 15-25 hrs a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and assist with appointments and enquiries.
  • Provide information about our recovery & wellness services, memberships and therapies.
  • Support daily operations including bookings, payments and reception duties.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean, hygienic, calm and welcoming environment.
  • Achieve sales and service targets through excellent customer engagement.

About you:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Passionate about recovery, well-being and customer service

  • Friendly, positive and approachable personality

  • Hands on and self-motivated

  • Reliable and mature attitude

  • First Aid Certificate or willing to acquire one

  • Working with children blue card or willing to acquire one

  • Represent our business in a professional manor
