About Us

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a multi-storey residential project in Adelaide. You will be accountable for all aspects of project management including time, cost, safety, quality, environment, financial and contractual obligations, ensuring successful outcomes and strong client relationships.

About the role:

  • Overall project leadership and delivery from inception to completion.
  • Effective management of project cost, time, quality, safety, and environmental outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through open and proactive communication.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Drive compliance with all legislative and contractual requirements.

Skills and Experience:

  • A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Building or related discipline.
  • 8+ years' experience as a Project Manager, ideally across multiple sectors.
  • Proven capability in delivering multi-storey projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring teams.
  • A passion for delivering projects to the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
