We are seeking expressions of interest in Project Manager or Senior Project Manager roles working across multiple sectors including government and Defence, requiring baseline or NV1 security clearance.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct planning, scheduling, and estimating of work/tasks to meet work requirements.
• Prepare project documentation and/or assist with the review and clearance processes for project documentation.
• Provide advice on the application of project methodologies.
• Provide advice or assistance on project management activities.
• Represent T&T brand in marketplace, promoting capability and building trusted partnerships with stakeholders
• Deliver projects within T&T commercial requirements
• Develop strong relationships with clients and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Lead and manage defence-related projects, guide junior PM's in T&T project delivery
• Strong leadership of project team
• Contribute to business development focus to continue PM business growth

This opportunity requires:

• A recognised Degree or equivalent qualification relating to a technical field: Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Cost Management
• 3 + years Project Management experience (consultancy or client side preferred)
• Recent leaver from Defence but keen to continue in the Defence industry.
• Current Baseline or NV1 clearance
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills, able to work independently
• Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report writing skills.
• Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients and have the ability to work independently.
