About the Role

We're looking for an experienced
Amazon Growth Manager
to join our fast-growing team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for driving the success of our clients' brands on Amazon through strategic account management, catalogue optimisation, inventory health, and marketplace strategy.

While a solid understanding of Amazon Advertising is essential, this role focuses on broader growth strategy rather than hands-on campaign management. You'll work closely with our advertising specialists to align ad performance with overarching commercial goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
  • Develop and execute tailored Amazon growth strategies aligned with each brand's objectives.
  • Lead regular business reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations on pricing, promotions, and positioning to maximise results.

Amazon Store Optimisation

  • Oversee optimisation of product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, and images) to maximise visibility and conversion.
  • Collaborate with our design team to create, maintain and optimise Brand Stores, A+ Content, Brand Story and advertising assets.
  • Monitor key performance metrics—sales, traffic, and conversion rates—and implement initiatives to improve outcomes.
  • Ensure all listings comply with Amazon policies and reflect current best practices.

Advertising Strategy Alignment

  • Partner with Totalyty's advertising team to ensure ad strategies complement broader account objectives.
  • Provide insights from data and client goals to inform and refine advertising approaches.

Inventory Health & Management

  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts, overstocking, and aged inventory.
  • Analyse key inventory metrics such as sell-through rate and stranded inventory, and take proactive measures to resolve issues.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and restock recommendations to clients for smooth operations and sustained growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with brand owners, Amazon representatives, and internal teams (leadership, design, operations and ads) to deliver cohesive strategies.
  • Drive communication across all stakeholders to ensure efficient execution and outstanding client satisfaction.
