Ready to drive large-scale renewable energy projects? Our client, an industry leader in clean energy is seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead utility-scale Solar and BESS developments. Based in the Central NSW region, we are seeking candidates either located locally or willing to relocate (site-based accommodation). FIFO "may" be considered, although it is not preferred.

You'll spearhead project delivery from contract negotiations through to operations, collaborating with expert multidisciplinary teams and EPC contractors onsite. If you excel at stakeholder engagement, compliance, risk management, and have hands-on construction experience, this could be your next career-defining step

What you'll do:

  • Deliver solar farm and battery projects: manage planning, scheduling, risk, budget and site teams all in a dynamic environment.
  • Lead contract negotiations, oversee EPC contractors, and ensure compliance with Australian standards, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive stakeholder relationships across contractors, suppliers, authorities, and local communities.
  • Identify cost savings, enhance performance, and track project milestones.

Who you are:

  • Experienced in utility-scale renewable project delivery (solar, BESS, wind) in Australia, from contract to completion.
  • Exceptional communicator, problem solver, and team leader—able to prioritise, multi-task and resolve challenges.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and the MS Office suite.
  • Practical, site-based, adaptable, and passionate for a sustainable future.
