At The Experts Oz we are a rapidly expanding company specialising in Air Conditioning & Electrical Services, Specialising in Split & Ducted air conditioning installs from Gold Coast to Brisbane to Ipswich. We are looking for a full-time Air Conditioning installer to join our team and play a key role in driving this exciting growth.

Work We Do

Air Conditioning Installations

  • Ducted air conditioning, upgrades, installation in residential homes with team
  • Split systems installations upgrades, installation in residential homes with team

What We're Looking For

  • We are looking for a licensed air conditioning installer who can lead a team
  • Has experience in running Ducted & split installs with apprentices
  • Has knowledge in air conditioning installs, splits & ducted air conditioning
  • Will be working with electricians and air conditioning installers
  • A keen attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Physical fitness to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
  • Strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence.
  • Long term employment
  • Minimum 3 years experience in air conditioning installation (ducted and split systems)

Mandatory Requirements

  • Refrigerant Handling License (for air conditioning and heat pump work)
  • Blue/White Card
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
  • Own basic hand tools and safety equipment
