The opportunity
Join a dynamic corporate team working on high profile domestic and international transactions, including M&A, capital raises, IPOs, and venture capital deals. Exceptional Legal Professional Required
We are seeking a solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience, ideally from a leading law firm or reputable boutique, who is motivated by commercial law and corporate transactions.

  • Strong drafting skills in M&A agreements and shareholder arrangements
  • Ability to lead and coordinate due diligence exercises
  • Experience with equity capital markets and public M&A transactions
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Capability to manage client work under partner supervision
