Sales Agent – Join Our Growing Property Agency

Are you driven, persuasive, and love making things happen? We're looking for energetic Sales Agents to join our new, fast-growing property agency. This is your chance to play a key role in helping tenants find their perfect homes while actively contributing to the growth of our business.

What You'll Do:

  • Create and manage property listings on platforms like Facebook, Gumtree, and other relevant sites.
  • Conduct property viewings and inspections, showcasing rooms to prospective tenants.
  • Communicate effectively with potential tenants, answering questions and creating a sense of urgency to secure bookings.
  • Follow up with prospects to maximize occupancy rates and ensure properties are rented quickly.
  • Actively source new properties by reaching out to owners through door knocking, cold calling, or other creative methods.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times, building trust and maintaining a strong reputation.
