Sweet Surprises Campbelltown Mall is on the lookout for casual Customer Service Team Members to join our growing team If you enjoy staying active and thrive in a fun, fast-paced retail environment, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Team Member, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive in-store experience for our customers. We're after someone who's genuinely passionate about people and sweet treats

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing friendly and attentive customer service
  • Operating the cash register and handling transactions
  • Restocking shelves and maintaining neat, eye-catching displays
  • Keeping the store clean, tidy, and looking its best

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and school holidays
  • Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not essential
