Job Summary

We're looking for high-energy, customer-focused individuals to join our team in a multi-functional role as a Trampoline / Parkour Coach and Arena Attendant. If you're outgoing, organized, love working with and teaching kids, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, Elev8 Play is the place for you

Key Responsibilities;

Trampoline / Parkour Coach

• Deliver engaging, safe, and progressive trampoline and parkour coaching sessions for participants of all ages and skill levels.
• Create lesson plans that focus on skill development, strength, coordination, and confidence building.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment, ensuring all safety guidelines and equipment checks are followed.
• Provide individual feedback and encouragement to help participants reach their personal goals.
• Support the development of Elev8 Play programs, events, and holiday workshops.
• Collaborate with other coaches and management to promote a fun, inclusive, and energetic culture.
• Assist with facility setup, pack down, and general maintenance as required.
• Represent Elev8 Play's brand values by being a positive role model for kids and teens.

Arena Attendant

• Supervise all activity areas to ensure a safe, fun, and positive environment for guests of all ages.
• Monitor participant behaviour and enforce safety rules and park guidelines consistently and confidently.
• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests, answering questions, and assisting with any issues or concerns.
• Assist with arena operations, including setup, pack down, and maintaining clean, organised play areas.
• Conduct equipment and safety checks throughout shifts, reporting any hazards or maintenance needs promptly.
• Support coaches and event staff during classes, parties, and group sessions, ensuring smooth coordination.
• Respond calmly and efficiently to incidents or first aid situations, following Elev8Play procedures.
• Represent the Elev8 Play brand by maintaining a professional, enthusiastic, and approachable attitude at all times.

Skills and Qualifications

• A friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills.
• A passion for fitness, recreation, or youth activities — previous experience in an active role is a plus
• Ability to stay alert, proactive, and confident in enforcing safety rules.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
• Working With Children Check (WWCC) or equivalent clearance required.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $16.69 – $31.19 per hour
