• You are a reliable, senior or recent graduate and have a deep passionate desire to make a difference in private practice.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow clinical systems and processes as mentored by Senior Therapist/Clinic Owner to carry out assessments and treatment programs for our patients to ensure that every patient achieves their goals within the target timelines.
• Bring positive energy and passion to the team culture each day and demonstrate growth mindset and initiative to ensure that they support other team members so that daily tasks are completed with a healthy dose of fun and laughter.
• Communicate with clarity, empathy, honesty and respect at all times when interacting with patients, their families and other team members.
• Accept feedback on their performance and is constantly seeking for feedback to improve their clinical and leadership skills.
• Execute delegated tasks on time, demonstrates great organisational skills and flexibility to ensure that they are an actively contributing and working towards achieving team goals.
• Demonstrate accountability by providing updates on their progression with clinical and leadership learning tasks, enjoys participating and contributing to team meetings and individual mentoring sessions.
• Design tailor made exercise programs for each patient.
• Document chart notes as per standard of practice required.
• Help create health related marketing content for social media purposes.
• Clean up and disinfect used equipment and treatment room after each patient

Pay: Up to $130,000.00 per year
