THE ROLE

We're on the hunt for experienced, all-round plant operators ready to get their boots dirty on a high-profile mine site expansion project. If you've got a solid background in civil construction, mining operations, and heavy earthmoving, this is your chance to be part of something big.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
  • Operating dozers for pond construction and expansion
  • Hauling material from waste dumps to construction zones
  • Supporting civil crews with major earthworks and site development
  • Constructing additional pond walls using heavy off-road machinery
  • Working closely with the Project Supervisor to ensure safe, efficient delivery
  • Reporting faults and maintaining plant equipment to a high standard
We're Looking For Operators With Experience In:
  • 120t production excavators
  • 100t rear dump trucks
  • D10 dozers
  • 16H Grader
  • WA600 loader

And a wide range of civil and mining support equipment, including:

  • 20t and 40t excavators
  • Watercarts
  • Flat bed trucks
  • Telehandlers

All Rounders highly regarded

ABOUT YOU:
  • 3+ years' experience in mining or civil construction
  • Strong knowledge of earthmoving equipment and its application in mine site settings
  • Comfortable working in remote environments
  • Physically fit and capable of traversing uneven ground
  • Committed to safety, teamwork, and doing things right the first time
Essential Requirements:
  • WA "HR" Class Driver's Licence
  • Valid White Card (WA)
  • Sound knowledge of safe mining practices (JHAs, isolations)
  • Basic mechanical aptitude
