Job summary

Team Lead – SuccessFactors Functional & Technical

We are seeking a Team Lead to oversee SuccessFactors projects and report directly to a the client Manager in Australia. This role requires a blend of functional and technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, leadership skills, and the ability to manage integrations and compliance with the client standards. The Team Lead will guide a team of consultants, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

·       Lead and manage a team of SuccessFactors consultants across functional and technical streams.

·       Oversee end-to-end implementation and support for SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, PMGM, LMS, Compensation).

·       Ensure compliance with the client governance, security, and regulatory standards.

·       Collaborate with the client stakeholders to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions.

·       Manage integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP ERP/S4HANA using SAP CPI.

·       Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.

·       Provide mentorship, conduct performance reviews, and foster team development.

·       Handle escalations, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure post-go-live support.

·       Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, HR, or related field.

· years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

·       Hands-on experience in both functional configuration and technical integration (SAP CPI).

·       Proven track record of managing large-scale HR technology projects.

·       Expertise in SuccessFactors modules and configuration (EC, PMGM, LMS, Compensation).

·       Strong technical knowledge of SAP CPI, APIs, and integration patterns.

·       Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

·       Ability to manage risks, budgets, and timelines effectively.

·       Experience working with the client or in Australian banking/financial services sector.

·       Knowledge of compliance frameworks and audit requirements.

·       Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
