We're looking for an Office Administrator to join our small but mighty team of three, supporting Melbourne's maintenance and construction projects. This is a fast-paced, high-energy role where your multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills will shine.

What You'll Do

  • Schedule and coordinate jobs for trades and estimators across Melbourne suburbs, optimising efficiency.
  • Estimate job durations accurately, from door installations to brickwork repairs.
  • Handle client calls professionally while managing your workflow.
  • Enter work orders and schedule quote requests using ServiceM8.
  • Work closely with the admin team to ensure every job runs smoothly.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of maintenance and construction tasks.
  • Experience with ServiceM8 (essential).
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage a busy workload.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Confident on the phone and able to multitask effectively.
  • Reliable, honest, and eager to grow with the business.

  • Prior experience with other job management systems.
