**Job Title: Female Support Worker - Care for Complex High-Risk Client**
**Location: Bayswater**

We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced **Female Support Worker** to join our team to provide dedicated care for a client with complex and high-risk needs.

**About the Role**:
You will be supporting a client who requires assistance with daily living and personal care, and who may present with high-risk or challenging behaviours. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of complex care needs, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality personal care and hygiene support
- Assist with mobility and physical support as required
- Support with daily living tasks and routines
- Manage and respond to behaviours of concern professionally
- Implement care plans and support programs
- Monitor and report on client wellbeing and any incidents
- Foster a safe, supportive, and empowering environment

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in disability, mental health or complex care preferred
- Ability to manage high-risk situations with confidence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (if applicable)
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle preferred
- Must have full working rights in Australia

**Desirable**:

- Training in managing behaviours of concern
- Manual handling and medication administration training

Pay: $33.00 - $40.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
