We're looking for a passionate and professional Front of House Duty Manager to join our dynamic team on beautiful Rottnest Island.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and hold a WA Approved Manager's Certificate, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Duty Manager, you'll be the driving force behind smooth daily operations across our restaurant, kiosk, and Function Centre.

You'll lead by example - coaching, motivating, and supporting our Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional service and unforgettable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing service delivery and team performance during shifts
  • Managing venue operations, cash handling, and end-of-day reporting
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing and safety requirements
  • Upholding our commitment to quality, and exceptional guest service
What You'll Bring
  • WA Approved Manager's Certificate (Essential)
  • National Police Clearance
  • Proven experience as a Manager on Duty in a medium to large licensed venue
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and EOD reporting
  • Right to Work in Australia
