We are looking for an experienced, friendly, and reliable Delivery Driver to be the final, most important link in our chain, with a crucial role supporting our early-morning warehouse operations.


About the Role & Schedule

This is a dynamic, split role that requires a reliable early-bird You will be the face of our brand during deliveries, ensuring our beautiful floral products reach their destinations safely. Critically, your shift begins with essential work in our warehouse to prepare the product for the day.

Shift Schedule (Essential):

  • Hours: Approximately 4:30 AM / 5:00 AM start to 11:00 AM finish each day.
  • Days: Shifts available Monday - Saturday.
  • This is a 3-5 day per week role. Busiest Days Tuesday - Friday

Responsibilities

  • Delivery Duties (Start of Shift): Efficiently and safely deliver a range of beautiful floral products to homes and businesses.

  • Warehouse Duties (End of Shift): Assisting the team with early morning processing of fresh stems, which includes:

  • Cutting stems and prepping flowers for florists.

  • Cleaning fridges and maintaining a tidy work area.

  • Organising stock and helping with pallet movement/unloading.

  • Self starter and great communicator


What You'll Need to Bring
  • A current, valid Driver's Licence.
  • Your own reliable Van (essential).
  • A smartphone for our delivery software.
  • The ability to comfortably handle early morning starts.
  • A genuine passion for great customer service and a friendly, professional demeanour.
  • The flexibility and dedication to be a hands-on team player in the warehouse.
  • Experience in flower delivery or a customer-facing role is highly regarded
