We are seeking an efficient and detail orientated individual that loves to communicate about a diverse range of topics. To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:

  • Positive attitude towards challenges and a simple solution mindset
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • The ability to call, text and email efficiently and friendly
  • Strong focus and drive to complete tasks efficiently

This role is a Sales and enrolments role that will be responsible for:

  • Contacting and communicating with hot leads
  • Explaining course details and information
  • Completing initial enrolment process
  • Follow up's via email, text and call for prospects
  • Maintaining thorough sales notes
  • Maintaining conversion rates

You will be trained by our expert team on the way we do this. What we cant teach is the capacity, drive and interest in developing the above skills.

Day to Day in the Role:

This role will take place fully in office at our Southport location. You will joining a vibrant team with other members to train you in the same role. You will be given a computer and programs like word and excel to do this role.
