About the role

Platform Advisory Partners is experiencing rapid growth and looking to add an Analyst / Associate to take a hands-on role across all client and transactional interactions.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Review our clients' growth plans, strategy and transaction requirements
  • Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative financial, valuation, product and industry analysis
  • Development of key transaction documents (e.g. information memorandum, investor presentations and financial models)
  • Undertake market research to identify potential investors and acquirers
  • Build relationships with senior executives, venture capital funds, high net worth individuals and family offices to assess their interest in pursuing opportunities
  • Prepare reports for the evaluation of transaction terms
  • Actively engage in the management of the due diligence processes
  • Liaise with the legal, accounting and/or tax advisors of our clients

Ideal background

A successful applicant will:

  • Have experience in management consultancy, strategic consultancy, M&A, equity capital markets, or transactional services.
  • Excel under pressure and have the ability to adhere to strict timeframes while working collaboratively
  • Have a strong interest in technology, business model generation, strategic execution and commercial transactions.
  • Have strong financial modelling skills
  • Ability to digest information and distil key points succinctly
  • Hold an excellent academic record
  • Most importantly be a team player with clear alignment to our values
