We're expanding and looking for reliable HR Drivers to join our Jandakot team.

The Opportunity

We are currently looking for HR Drivers with previous experience - Front Lift, Rear Lift, Hook Lift, HIAB, Crane or Tautliner. This role involves early starts (4:00am), Monday to Friday, with plenty of weekend overtime opportunities available, plus a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000

What You'll Be Doing

  • Collect, transport, and dispose of commercial waste and recyclable materials locally
  • Performing vehicle safety checks and completing compliance paperwork
  • Engaging in manual handling – must be physically fit
  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships
  • Contributing to a clean, safe, and professional work environment

What You'll Bring

  • A current HR license
  • HR truck driving experience
  • A flexible, reliable, and safety-first attitude
  • Solid understanding of Chain of Responsibility and Fatigue Management
  • Waste industry experience is a bonus but not essential
  • A positive, team-oriented approach
