The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and client-focused Sales Associate to join our Sydney, The Star boutique. This is an exciting opportunity to represent some of the world's most iconic brands in a refined, luxury environment. As a key member of our team, you will deliver personalised service, drive boutique sales performance, and foster enduring relationships with both new and existing clients. You will also play an important role in upholding the presentation and operational excellence of the boutique, ensuring every client's experience reflects the very best of Kennedy.
What you will do
Deliver a consistently exceptional client experience that reflects Kennedy's luxury standards.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships, cultivating new business opportunities while deepening loyalty with existing clients.
• Support boutique management in achieving sales targets and contributing to a high-performance team culture.
• Develop and maintain strong product and brand knowledge to confidently share brand stories and expertise with clients.
• Ensure the boutique's presentation, merchandising, and stock management are maintained to the highest standard.
• Assist with boutique operations, including POS transactions, cash handling, stock control, and daily opening/closing procedures.
What you will bring
Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury retail sales, ideally within jewellery or timepieces.
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a client-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Impeccable professional presentation and an understanding of luxury service etiquette.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident using retail systems and CRM platforms; qualifications in business, gemology, or jewellery design are highly regarded.
• A clear Police Check is required.
