We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and caring Certificate III Early Childhood Educator to complete their Diploma of Early Childhood Education through a paid traineeship. What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the planning and implementation of play-based learning programs
  • Helping children develop socially, emotionally, and cognitively
  • Assisting in the day-to-day operation of your room
  • Building strong relationships with families and colleagues
  • Ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning space
  • Willingness to study and complete your Diploma Traineeship

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • ACECQA approved Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (Essential)
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
  • Australian permanent residency
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written
  • A caring, enthusiastic personality and genuine passion for working with children
  • Willingness to learn and follow guidance as part of your traineeship
