**Elouera Early Learning is a 30-place long day care service caring for 0-6-year-olds in Kirrawee. We believe that a pleasant learning environment is integral to children's learning.**

We are seeking the following roles:

- **Full time Diploma Educator to start ASAP**:

We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic Educators to assist in building a family focused, team inspired and love of learning environment.

The role requires you to;
Build and maintain professional and positive relationships with children and families whilst developing collaborative relationships with all staff in the service based on respect, trust and honesty.

**You will be inspired to actively support our centre’s identity, philosophy, policies and procedures.**

To be considered you will have:

- Certificate 111 approved qualification / Diploma Qualification
- Identify & Respond to Children at Risk of Harm Certificate
- A valid Working with Children Check
- Sound, practical working knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
- Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and documenting children’s learning
- The motivation and ability to inspire and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre
- A caring, supportive and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to ongoing professional learning

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
