Summer Casual Chef Wanted – 5 Little Pigs Food Truck @ Jervis Bay Brewery

We're on the hunt for a passionate, reliable, and energetic chef to join our food truck crew this summer at the iconic Jervis Bay Brewery

About the role:

• Location: 3 Duranbah Drive, Huskisson
• Position: Casual Chef
• Hours: 20–30 hours per week (weekends & evenings included)
• Duration: Summer season (with potential to extend)

What you'll be doing:

• Cooking up a consistent and tasty menu from our food truck
• Managing prep, service, and clean-down
• Working closely with a small, friendly team in a fun, fast-paced environment
• Maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or food truck (preferred)
• Confidence running a small kitchen solo at times
• Punctual, clean, and dependable
• Positive attitude and team player vibes
