We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT professional to join our team as a senior system administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for handling technical issues, providing support, and collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Handle technical issues and provide timely support to clients
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality services and meet service level agreements
  • Provide expertise in system administration and configuration management
  • Support applications, networks, phones, security, and infrastructure for clients
  • Respond to and resolve tickets within agreed service level agreements
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Mentor junior staff members and contribute to their development
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support, preferably with an MSP
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills
  • Team player with strong listening, feedback processing, and knowledge sharing
Technical Experience
  • Cloud & Applications (SharePoint, Windows, Azure)
  • Modern Microsoft stack (Microsoft 365, Windows Server)
  • Security (MDM, Sophos, Defender, Tenable)
