This prestigious Melbourne based Alternative Assets Fund Manager is experiencing rapid growth and interstate expansion.

An opportunity has arisen for a Fund Operations Administrator to support the Head of Finance with fund reporting, client service and investor relations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with fund reporting
  • Assist with onboarding new investors
  • Assisting with management of outsourced unit registry
  • Help co-ordinate investor updates
  • Assist with distributions and management fees
  • Assist with investor relations and customer service

The successful candidate will be finance degree qualified and ideally have experience with Fund Administration within funds management, superannuation or wealth management. You will be competent with excel, reconciliations and client service and have excellent communication skills. Experience within the alternative assets, private credit or property space an added advantage.
