Sports Turf Manager/Greenkeeper

So, what duties can you expect to do?

• Operate Cylinder Mowers across commercial turf projects
• Lead and mentor staff in sports field maintenance
• Operate precision turf equipment for mowing, line marking, and renovations
• Monitor turf health, irrigation systems, and implement improvements
• Apply turf nutrition and pest control accurately
• Ensure WHS compliance and safe work practices
• Liaise with clients and report on field condition and progress
• Coordinate seasonal turf works and field preparation for events
• Perform aeration, scarifying, dethatching, and rolling of fields
• Manage turf installation, drainage, and softscape upgrades
• Oversee maintenance of surrounding landscapes, hedges, and edges
• Identify opportunities to improve field quality, efficiency, and aesthetics
• Support variation works and ensure timely completion of maintenance schedules

What will you need?

• Certificate III in Sports Turf Management Or equivalent
• Driver's licence (Manual or Automatic)
• National Police Check
• Working with Children Check
