We are seeking an Assistant Program Coordinator to join our team on an ongoing full-time basis. The role will be based in our Sydney Academy of Sport in Narrabeen.

**About the role**

As Assistant Program Coordinator, you will work closely with the Program Coordinator and site teams to deliver customer centric service to a diverse range of clients. As part of this role, you will also be responsible for providing information and coordinating a range of business needs with key stakeholders to achieve outcomes. The role may be rostered on duty on evenings, weekends and public holidays and is required to perform on-call responsibilities as part of the site leadership team.

**About you**

You will be customer focused with a strong ability to provide a positive customer experience. You can deal effectively and professionally with business clients and industry stakeholders and can manage customer expectations. You are flexible and responsive and can manage competing priorities in a calm and structured manner. You are solutions focussed and can identify suitable options and manage challenging situations with customers as required.

As part of the role you will be required to facilitate program activities and provide professional development support across the Program team, experience in this area is highly desirable. Knowledge, skills and experience in a relevant field is essential for the role.
